各商品ページに記載されたUSD（米ドル）建て価格が販売価格です。送料および関税・輸入税は別途かかります。

All prices are listed in USD (US Dollars) on each product page. Prices include the cost of the item only — shipping and any applicable customs duties/taxes are separate.

商品代金以外の必要料金 / Additional Fees

送料はチェックアウト時に重量・配送先に応じて計算されます。また、配送先国の関税・輸入税・その他の手数料はお客様のご負担となります。

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

ご注文時にお支払いが確定します。

Payment is charged at the time of purchase.

引渡し時期 / Delivery Time

ご入金確認後3〜5営業日以内に発送いたします。ePacket（日本郵便）にて発送後、お届けまでの目安は10〜14営業日です。プレオーダー商品の発送日は各商品ページにてご確認ください。なお、繁忙期（11月〜1月）は遅延が生じる場合があります。

Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 10–14 business days via ePacket (Japan Post). Pre-order delivery dates are specified on each product page. Holiday season (November–January) may experience additional delays.

返品・返金について / Returns & Refunds

お客様都合による返品はお受けしておりません。商品の破損・不良・説明と著しく異なる場合に限り、受領後14日以内に写真をご添付の上、メールにてご連絡ください。食品類は衛生上の理由により返品・返金はお受けできません。詳細は返品ポリシーをご確認ください。

All sales are final — we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, broken, or significantly different from the description. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Food items are non-refundable due to health and safety regulations.

キャンセルについて / Cancellations

ご注文から24時間以内かつ発送前であればキャンセルを承ります。発送後のキャンセルはお受けできません。

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
