Thank you for shopping at WabiSabi Kitchen. We offer handcrafted Japanese ceramics, kitchenware, food products, art, and traditional crafts.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products — including **fragile ceramics** and **perishable food items****all sales are final.** We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.

Each handcrafted item may have subtle variations in color, shape, and texture. These are characteristics of authentic Japanese craftsmanship and are not considered defects.


Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only accept claims in the following cases:

- ❌ The item arrived **damaged or broken** during shipping
- ❌ You received the **wrong item**
- ❌ The item is **significantly different** from the product description

How to File a Claim

1. Contact us at **revarise.18@gmail.com** within **14 days** of receiving your order
2. Include the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item (and packaging if possible)
- A brief description of the issue
3. We will review your claim and respond within **2–3 business days**

⚠️ Please do not ship items back without our prior authorization.

Refunds for Damaged/Incorrect Items

If your claim is approved:

- A **full or partial refund** will be processed to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**
- In most cases, **you will not need to return the item** — we can process the refund based on photographic evidence
- **Original shipping costs are non-refundable** unless the issue was caused by our error
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

- Change of mind or personal preference
- Minor variations in handcrafted items (color, texture, shape)
- Damage caused by misuse or mishandling after delivery
- Delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect shipping information
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Food items, due to health and safety regulations

Cancellations

- Orders can be cancelled **within 24 hours** of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
