Thank you for shopping at WabiSabi Kitchen. We ship authentic Japanese ceramics, kitchenware, food products, art, and traditional crafts worldwide from Japan.

Processing Time

- Orders are processed within **3–5 business days** after payment confirmation
- During busy periods (holidays, sale events), processing may take up to **7 business days**
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

We primarily use **ePacket (Japan Post)** for international deliveries.

Packaging

Our products — especially ceramics — are **carefully packaged** with multiple layers of protective materials to ensure safe delivery:
- Bubble wrap and cushioning materials
- Sturdy corrugated boxes
- Fragile stickers and handling labels

We take extra care because we understand how important it is that your handcrafted items arrive in perfect condition.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to **customs duties, taxes, and import fees** imposed by the destination country.

**Important:**
- These charges are **the sole responsibility of the buyer**
- They are **not included** in our product prices or shipping costs
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts
- We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order

**If an order is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import charges:**
- A **restocking fee** will be charged
- **Original shipping costs will not be refunded**

Signature & Insurance

Our standard shipping via ePacket **does not include** signature on delivery or shipping insurance. If you would like to add these options, please contact us at **revarise.18@gmail.com** before placing your order for a revised shipping quote.

Please note that WabiSabi Kitchen is not responsible for any misdelivery that may occur without signature confirmation.

Your Address & Delivery Instructions

- **You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.** If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned or requires re-shipping, additional shipping fees will be charged
- If you have special delivery instructions (e.g., door codes, building numbers, safe place delivery), please include them in the **"Notes"** field at checkout

Tracking Your Order

- All ePacket shipments include a tracking number
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched
- You can track your package using the link provided in the email

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged:

2. Provide your order number and any relevant photos (for damaged items)
3. We will work with Japan Post to investigate and resolve the issue
