A handmade ceramic chopstick rest inspired by the shape of a ginkgo leaf.
This small hashioki is formed using the traditional tatara slab-building technique, giving each piece a softly uneven handmade character. The dark clay surface and carved leaf details create a quiet sculptural presence on the table.
Its compact size makes it suitable for everyday dining, while also working beautifully as a small decorative object beside plates, tea ware, or seasonal table settings.
Each piece is individually handmade, with natural variations in shape, texture, and surface expression.
A small object that adds a subtle seasonal feeling to the table.
