Due to export restrictions, many fresh ingredients cannot be shipped overseas — but within those limitations, we thoughtfully select items that still capture the true taste of Japan.

Nabe (Japanese hot pot) is one of Japan’s most beloved home-cooked meals — simple, warm, and made to be shared.
It begins with a gentle kombu dashi, and from there, each household builds their own pot with what they have: tofu, vegetables, meat, fish, or seafood.

Rather than prescribing a fixed recipe, this kit provides the authentic foundation of Japanese nabe so you can create your own version using ingredients available in your country.
It includes Ma-kombu from Hokkaido (known for clean, elegant dashi), along with carefully selected Japanese dried ingredients that quietly deepen the broth as they rehydrate: mixed dried vegetables, donko shiitake from Oita, and organic dried green onion from Ehime.

To complete the experience, the kit includes Sanuki udon for the traditional finale.
In Japan, the best part of nabe is often the ending — when the remaining broth has absorbed the essence of everything cooked inside. Adding udon turns that final broth into a second, deeply satisfying meal.

How to Enjoy
