Organic Japanese Hatomugi Tea — Toyama, Japan
A pure Japanese hatomugi tea made from 100% organically grown Job's tears from Toyama Prefecture, Japan.
Hatomugi (Job's tears / Coix lacryma-jobi) is a grain traditionally enjoyed in Japan and other parts of East Asia. When roasted and brewed as tea, it produces a clean, mellow cup with a gently toasted, nutty character.
This tea contains only one ingredient: organically grown Japanese hatomugi.
Nothing else is added.
Naturally caffeine-free, it can be enjoyed throughout the day and is equally refreshing served hot or chilled.
The tea bags are generously portioned at approximately 3 g each and can be brewed in around 500 ml of water, making them convenient for a teapot, bottle or everyday pitcher.
