This Japanese dashi soy sauce mix is packed with dried shiitake mushrooms and kombu in a glass bottle—designed to turn ordinary soy sauce into a deeper, richer umami seasoning.
Simply pour about 150 ml of soy sauce into the bottle and let the ingredients infuse. The result is a flavorful dashi-style soy sauce that’s perfect for tofu, udon, soba, hot pot, and everyday Japanese meals.
After you use about half, you can refill with soy sauce and enjoy it again—typically up to 2–3 infusions depending on taste. You can also add your own ingredients (like ginger, yuzu peel, or chili) to create a personalized flavored soy sauce.
